Prior to joining Clinical Medical Services Inc. in 2013 as Director of Human Resources, she served as Vice President of Human Resources of MMM Healthcare where she led the vision and strategy for Human Resources of the first Medicare Advantages Plan in PR, since the inception of the plan to the PR market, and lead the implementation of a newly owned acquisition that facilitated a seamless integration of 350 employees that later resulted in the largest Medicare Advantage Plan in the PR Market. Prior to her VP role, she held the position of Director of Compliance for three years for the company. She also worked in educational roles for a leading health plan, and as a nursing professor in the Accademia.
