Yvonne brings 27 years of nursing experience and 22 years of home care experience to CMS. She holds a Master of Healthcare Administration and a Master of Science in Nursing degrees.

She has expertise in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement, State and Federal Regulation Compliance, Accreditation Standard Compliance and Utilization Review. Prior to joining the team in 2017, she served in a combination of clinical and administrative leadership roles at a variety of companies. As Vice President of Home Care for CMS, Yvonne has led five home care agencies through accreditation where the quality-of-care star rating has maintained a three or above.
