Noel is a Certified Public Accountant and started his career in the Audit and Assurance Division of Price Waterhouse Coopers. Noel has since served in the senior financial roles in a number of Companies during his 30 plus year career. Most recently Noel served as the Chief Financial Officer for Atico International USA, Inc., an international product sourcing company with offices in over 20 countries. Noel was instrumental in the implementation of systems throughout the organization that resulted in allowing for the business to double in size with a limited increase in headcount. Noel is now responsible for all the financial and treasury functions of CMS. Noel's main focus is to integrate finance into operations to ensure that CMS operates effectively and efficiently.
