Luis Goris serve as Vice President of Provider Relations and Marketing at CMS & CMS Home Care, brings over 28 years of experience in healthcare and is a distinguished leader. With a strong academic background in Business Administration and Marketing, Goris has contributed to the company’s growth, elevating his expertise since joining.

In his role, he is responsible for implementing the company's master plan, focused on delivering the best service experience to strengthen relationships with patients, providers and business partners. In addition, he provides support to related areas such as contracting with health plans, authorization processes, and revenue cycle. His extensive knowledge in areas such as Provider Services, Contracting, Credentialing, and Public Relations has established him as a key authority in the industry.

Prior to joining CMS, Goris held key leadership positions in renowned organizations such as Medical Card System, Triple S, and Humana Health Plans, among others, where he led initiatives that improved the efficiency and effectiveness of services to providers and patients. Additionally, he was one of the founders and in charge of operations for the first independent Credentialing Verification Organization (CVO) in Puerto Rico. He also managed medical groups and IPA’s under the HMO model and served as a consultant on related health topics in the industry.

Throughout his career, Goris has demonstrated exceptional skills in strategic planning and in developing lasting relationships with providers, physicians, and business partners.
